About Dutch Fork

The Dutch Fork is an area of South Carolina located in Lexington and Richland Counties between the Saluda and Broad Rivers where they fork together, forming the Congaree River. The area is named after the original German settlers of the area. The excellent schools of Dutch Fork High School, Middle School, and Elementary School are three of the nineteen schools of award-winning Lexington & Richland County School District Five which covers much of the Lexington and Richland County portion of the Dutch Fork. It is a great place to find your dream new home.

Spoonauger Falls

Spoonauger Falls is a beautiful 40-50 multi-tiered waterfall near the Chattooga River in northern Oconee County.  The waterfall  looks it's best when water levels are higher than normal, so keep that in mind before you go. Water flow can be barely more than a trickle during drier times. The hike to the waterfall is fairly easy and just over 1/4 mile.

Blue Hole Falls

Blue Hole Falls located on High Shoals Creek in the High Shoals Scenic Area of the Chattahoochee National Forest United States. The falls can be accessed via the High Shoals Trail, a well-maintained 1.2-mile trail to the larger High Shoals Creek Falls downstream.
