Chestnut Ridge Heritage Preserve

The Chestnut Ridge Heritage Preserve is a huge area that is owned and managed by the Department of Natural Resources of South Carolina. This preserve is bordered on the north by the South Pacolet River and bordered on the south by Oak Grove Road in Greenville County. Enjoy a picnic here or a nice stroll among nature.

 
White Rocks Trail

Great rocks for climbing, repelling, and bouldering. Climbs the mountain to top about 500' gain, then heads out along the top of the mountain until it hits Center Point Knob. Joins the Appalachian Trail at Center Point Knob (about 1.5mi from trail head)
