A Letter to Our Customers
At Great Southern Homes, we take great pride in the outstanding quality of our homes and in the excellent customer experience we work to provide every day. In nearly all of our locations, we remain open for you to visit our communities and model homes. Given concerns associated with COVID-19, we want you to know that we have instituted the following safety practices to better protect the health of our homebuyers and employees:
- If you prefer to visit our communities from the comfort of your home, we can facilitate the purchase of your new home digitally. First, explore our website to view available communities, floor plans and home features. Then call, email or text our sales consultants and they can answer your questions and walk you through the rest of the home buying process over the phone and computer. Go to the community page on this website for their phone and email.
- If you need any assistance in securing a mortgage as part of your new home purchase, please speak with your salesperson regarding our recommended mortgage lenders and services. Mortgage rates have recently lowered to all time lows so there has never been a better time to finance your new home.
- When you visit us, all of our model homes are currently no handshake zones, but you will be greeted with a warm hello and a friendly smile.
- Most of our model homes remain open daily but to manage group size and practice appropriate social distancing, all sales meetings will be “appointment only”. In addition we're also offering virtual or phone appointments using social media apps such as Facetime, Skype, Zoom, etc. Please call ahead to schedule your appointment.
- Our model homes are being cleaned and sanitized routinely. Sales consultants are also conducting supplemental cleanings throughout the day including between each office appointment.
- Any employee exhibiting cold or flu symptoms or who has a family member that maybe feeling ill has been instructed to stay home. We ask the same of you. If you are exhibiting any symptoms or if you have come in contact with anyone who has been exposed to the virus, please stay home and contact us via phone or computer.
